The Triple Basket Egg Washer probably the finest and quickest egg dip washer available, the innovation incorporated in this system comprises of a column of air forced through the eggs, effectively moving the eggs in a figure of eight. The egg washer tank holds 145 litres of water and incorporates two filters enabling the washer to be used throughout a normal working day. A thermostatically controlled 3kw industrial emersion heater placed at the bottom of the tank heats the water. An air blower and tube with holes produces the bubbles which can be adjusted for different types of eggs. A water pump constantly moves the water through the filters to keep it clean. For cleaning the eggs a low foam egg wash should be used. A 20amp electrical supply is required.
